Photography and filming consent policy

In accordance with our Safeguarding policies, we will not permit photographs, video or other images to be taken without consent.  We ask that our volunteers and employees give the charity permission to take such images and to use them on marketing materials.

Where a person is under 16, consent must be obtained from a parent/guardian or carer.

Where a person is aged 16 to 18 years, it is good practice to inform the parent/guardian or carer that photographs and/or videos of their child may be used where the child has given their own consent.

RJL will take all steps to ensure these images are used solely for the purposes for which they are intended.

If you become aware that these images are being used inappropriately, please inform us immediately.
